Delivering Safely

We take the safety of our staff and customers very seriously. To stop the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), we avoid close contact while delivering. 

National restrictions

To help stop the spread of coronavirus, we follow government guidance about what we can and cannot do ( Find out about coronavirus restrictions in England on GOV.UK ).

Face coverings

All our staff wear a face covering. 

Sanitise

We sanitise all our equipment several times a day. 

Distancing 

We keep the recommended distance when delivering grocery. We will put the Crate (Grocery Box) in front of the door and keep a distance until all grocery has been taken. 

Self-Isolation 

We deliver to people who are self-isolating. You can let us know that you’re in self-isolation when you order (using the delivery notes box) or let the driver know at the door so that they can deliver safely.

Other 

We do not take any cash tips neither do we accept anything from the customer. Our online system allows you to process and complete an order. If a special requirement is needed you can simply get in touch.

When reaching the Delivery method page during the checkout process you will find Saturday Delivery (Highlighted below) only select that otherwise you can expect it no earlier then Tuesday.


e.g.

Saturday delivery is a special deliver hence the price difference.

Orders must be placed on Friday before 12PM (Afternoon) for Saturday delivery.

ATTENTION

Perishable Items

It is your responsibility to make sure to select a date you are available to receive your order. If the delivery driver does not get access with their van to your address, and if you have not informed us of alternative arrangements such as neighbour, reception, at a shop and items go bad then we will not be able to refund any money. So please leave a clear note so the driver can deliver it safely.

Price Marks

These items are not applicable for online orders unless the website clearly states such pricing. Because of packaging costs sometimes those prices can not be matched.
